In the realm of artificial intelligence, the annual recurring revenue for Salesforce’s AI platform, including Agentforce, reached nearly $3.9 billion, a 210% year-over-year growth. Major firms like Cisco, Dell, and Uber are adopting Salesforce’s AI capabilities, underscoring a broader trend in enterprise software.
