In trading on Thursday, shares of Hewlett Packard Enterprise Co’s 7.625% Series C Mandatory Convertible Preferred Stock (Symbol: HPE.PRC) yielded above 3% based on an annualized dividend of $3.8125. Shares traded as low as $118.62, significantly below the average 4.96% yield in the Technology preferred stock category. HPE.PRC was also noted to be trading at a 166.48% premium to its liquidation preference amount, compared to an average premium of 79.20% in the same sector.

On the same day, HPE.PRC experienced a decline of approximately 3.4%, while common shares (Symbol: HPE) were down about 2.8%.
