Dell Technologies reported a record fiscal Q2 revenue of $46.97 billion, a 58% year-over-year increase, exceeding estimates of $45.34 billion. This success was fueled by a remarkable 89% surge in Infrastructure Solutions Group revenue, particularly driven by AI-optimized server sales, which doubled to $16.4 billion. Meanwhile, Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) achieved a record fiscal Q3 revenue of $12.21 billion, up 34% from the previous year, surpassing expectations of $12.09 billion. HPE’s adjusted EPS reached $1.11, up from $0.44 a year ago, and also beat predictions by 17%.
Dell has raised its fiscal 2027 revenue guidance from $167 billion to $192 billion, projecting a 69% annual growth, while HPE forecasts Q4 revenue between $13.9 billion and $14.8 billion, with a full-year growth forecast of 34%-37%. The global server market is also expanding rapidly, growing from $205 billion in 2021 to an expected $1.03 trillion by 2033, presenting significant opportunities for both companies.
