In contrast, Marvell’s fiscal second-quarter revenue reached a record $2.74 billion, a 37% rise, with adjusted EPS growing 40% to $0.94.

For their fiscal years, Credo is projected to achieve a revenue of $2.5 billion in 2027, marking an 87% increase, while Marvell’s revenue is expected to grow 46% to $12 billion. Although Credo’s share price stands at $150 with a forward P/E of 30, Marvell trades at $221 with a much higher P/E of 72, raising concerns over its valuation against its growth prospects.

Both companies hold a Zacks Rank of #3 (Hold), indicating they are favorable but warrant cautious entry points for investors due to their substantial gains over recent years.
