**CoreWeave, Inc.** (CRWV) announced the deployment of multi-rack NVIDIA Vera Rubin NVL72 clusters on CoreWeave Cloud on Wednesday, marking a significant step in its expansion into next-generation AI workloads. This deployment follows CoreWeave’s validation of the NVIDIA technology and aims to increase the availability of its advanced architecture for AI model development.
Financially, CoreWeave is facing substantial costs with projected capital expenditures ranging from $35-$39 billion by 2026. The company reported net interest expense of $640 million in Q2, up from $267 million the previous year, while it anticipates interest expenses of $860-$940 million in Q3. CoreWeave aims to boost its power capacity, targeting over 1.85 gigawatts of active power by the end of 2026, and has secured annual recurring revenue exceeding $400 million in AI products and services.
As it progresses, CoreWeave must effectively manage utilization and pricing to ensure profitable returns on its substantial infrastructure investments, evidenced by second-quarter contracts showing expected contribution margins above recent deals and a 25% increase in pricing across product configurations.
