Casey’s General Stores Climbs in Market Capitalization, Surpassing Fair Isaac

In a recent update on the S&P 500, Casey’s General Stores, Inc. (CASY) has moved into the 360th spot, surpassing Fair Isaac Corp (FICO). As of the latest figures, Casey’s market capitalization stands at $22.08 billion, compared to Fair Isaac’s $19.00 billion.

This shift in ranking highlights the importance of market capitalization as a more accurate measure of company value than stock price alone, allowing for better comparisons among companies based on their total market value. As of Thursday, CASY’s stock increased by 0.3% while FICO’s decreased by 2.6% at the closing bell.
