Embraer (NYSE:ERJ) took the aviation industry by storm, delivering an impressive 75 aircraft in the fourth quarter of 2023. This remarkable achievement included 49 executive jets, 25 commercial jets, and 1 military C-390 jet.

In a stunning display of growth, the company supplied a total of 181 aircraft throughout 2023, marking a substantial 13% increase compared to the previous year, when 160 aircraft were delivered. Even amidst persistent supply chain delays, Embraer managed to elevate its performance, defying the odds to achieve these remarkable delivery figures.

Notably, the company achieved a standout 12% year-on-year increase with 74 deliveries of light jets, which represents the highest volume in 7 years. Medium jets also experienced a substantial surge, with 41 deliveries, reflecting a remarkable 14% growth compared to the previous year.

Embraer’s impressive performance is further underscored by the remarkable rise of its backlog, which soared by $1.2 billion year-on-year, culminating in a total of $18.7 billion in 2023. This milestone marks the highest backlog recorded since the first quarter of 2018, highlighting the company’s enduring ability to reach new heights in its operations.
