The consistent growth signifies Glass House’s solid market presence and operational efficiency, with gross profit doubling to $18.0 million in Q4, up from $9.2 million the previous year. Furthermore, the gross margin witnessed a significant improvement to 45%, a notable rise from 31% in Q4 2022.
Operational highlights included a 37% increase in biomass production without expanding its cultivation footprint, resulting in 103,500 pounds produced in Q4. Moreover, the company successfully reduced its cost per equivalent dry pound of production by 5% to $121.
