(AAPL) reported a strong performance in the first quarter of fiscal 2026, with Services contributing 20.9% of total net sales, resulting in revenues of $30.01 billion, a 14% year-over-year increase. Apple anticipates second-quarter revenues will grow between 13% and 16% year over year, with Services projected to reach $30.39 billion, indicating 14.1% annual growth.

Key growth drivers include Apple TV+, which experienced a 36% rise in viewership in December, alongside exclusive broadcasting deals for Major League Soccer and Formula 1 set to begin in 2026. On the gaming front, Apple Arcade now offers over 200 family-friendly games, with new titles launching regularly to enhance user engagement.

As of now, Apple boasts over 2.5 billion active devices, reinforcing its Services expansion. Although Apple shares have fallen 0.4% year-to-date, underperforming the tech sector’s 9.1% return, the consensus estimate for fiscal 2026 earnings is projected at $8.52 per share, representing a 14.2% increase year-over-year.
