Abercrombie Surpasses Q4 Earnings Expectations, Hollister Brand Sees 6% Growth

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. (ANF) reported its fourth-quarter fiscal 2025 earnings, achieving an earnings per share (EPS) of $3.68, up 3.1% from $2.57 in the same quarter last year. This figure surpassed the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $3.56. The company’s net sales reached $1.67 billion, marking a 5% increase year-over-year, and comparable sales rose by 1%.

In the Americas, sales increased by 5% to $1.4 billion, while the EMEA region saw an 8% growth to $241.4 million, and APAC sales grew by 9% to $44.5 million. The Abercrombie brand reported a sales increase of 4% to $806.5 million, while Hollister sales rose by 6% to $863.3 million. Despite an overall positive performance, the company experienced a reduction in operating income by 7.9%, reported at $235.9 million.

For fiscal 2026, Abercrombie expects sales growth between 3-5%, projecting net sales around $5.3 billion. The EPS is estimated to fall in the range of $10.20-$11.00, lower than the $10.46 reported in fiscal 2025. The company plans 30 new store openings and 70 remodels/closures as part of its ongoing strategic investments.
