Alphabet Inc. (GOOGL) reported a 15% year-over-year increase in Google Services revenues for Q2 2026, totaling $94.5 billion, driven by strong performance in Google Search, YouTube, and subscription services. Operating income rose by 20% to $39.5 billion, with a margin of 41.8%.

A significant contributor to this growth has been AI integration, which has exceeded 1 billion monthly active users, enhancing Search engagement and monetization. YouTube advertising revenue grew by 13% to $11.1 billion, as strong demand for Google subscriptions, platforms, and devices also supported a 15% revenue increase to $12.91 billion.

In contrast, Meta Platforms (META) achieved a 27% rise in advertising revenues to $59.4 billion in the same period, while Apple’s (AAPL) services revenues reached a record $30.7 billion, up 12% year-over-year, reflecting healthy competition in the digital advertising space.
