Apple Inc. (AAPL) is currently trading at approximately $330 per share, 4% below its 52-week and all-time high. The company has unveiled its first foldable iPhone, priced starting at $1,999, with preorders beginning October 16 and availability starting October 23. This marks a significant product launch under new CEO John Ternus, who took over from Tim Cook on September 1.
In fiscal Q3, Apple reported revenue of $109.4 billion, a 16% year-over-year increase, driven by growth in iPhone, Mac, and Services. However, analysts project only 8% earnings growth for the next year, with the stock trading at 38 times fiscal 2026 earnings estimates of $8.85 per share.
Apple is also enhancing its AI capabilities, launching a beta version of Siri with new features, in partnership with Alphabet’s Google and OpenAI. These developments could bolster long-term investment prospects, but the premium valuation raises concerns about aggressive buying following its modest dip.
