Apple Inc. (AAPL) reported a 14% year-over-year growth in its Services division for Q1 of fiscal 2026, generating $30.01 billion and accounting for 20.9% of net sales. The company saw a significant 36% increase in Apple TV viewership in December 2025, attributed to popular shows like *Pluribus* and upcoming releases, including *Cape Fear*. Additionally, all Major League Soccer (MLS) games will be available to Apple TV subscribers at no extra charge, starting in 2026.
With over 2.5 billion active devices, Apple anticipates net sales growth of 13% to 16% year-over-year for the March quarter, with the Zacks Consensus Estimate for sales at $108.9 billion, reflecting a projected 14.2% increase from the previous year. In contrast, Apple shares have dropped 7% year to date, underperforming the broader technology sector’s decline of 5.6%.
