## Apple Reports Record Services Revenue for Fiscal 2025
Apple’s services revenue reached an all-time high of $28.8 billion in fiscal Q4 2025, ending on September 27, marking a 15% increase year-over-year. For the entire fiscal year, services revenue totaled $109.2 billion, up 14% from the previous year. This growth is attributed mainly to higher sales from the App Store, advertising, and cloud services, with services contributing significantly to Apple’s profit margins, boasting a gross margin of 75.3% compared to 36.2% for hardware products.
Moving forward, Apple’s management anticipates services revenue growth in Q1 of fiscal 2026 will mirror the performance seen in fiscal 2025. With over 850 million weekly App Store users and Apple Pay partnering with over 11,000 banks across 89 markets, the company is well-positioned for continued expansion in its services segment, driven by ongoing investments and innovations such as Apple Intelligence.
