Arm Holdings, trading on NASDAQ under the ticker ARM, reported significant financial results for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2026, ending March 31. The company’s revenue rose to $1.49 billion, exceeding analyst expectations of $1.47 billion, while adjusted earnings per share (EPS) increased to $0.60, up from an anticipated $0.58. This growth comes despite increased research and development costs related to its new chip production venture.
A key highlight was the unveiling of the Arm AGI CPU, poised to revolutionize data centers, with more than double the performance of traditional x86 architecture. Demand for this new CPU has surged, leading to commitments of $2 billion between 2027 and 2028. Arm anticipates generating a total of $25 billion and an adjusted EPS of $9 by fiscal 2031 as it capitalizes on the growing AI market.
