Bitcoin’s Path to $1 Million: What to Expect During the Trump Era

At the recent Bitcoin 2025 conference in Las Vegas, billionaire Arthur Hayes predicted that Bitcoin could reach $1 million as early as 2028. Currently valued at $100,000, this prediction is based on potential U.S. government liquidity injections of nearly $9 trillion over the next three years, significantly more than the $4 trillion from the COVID-19 pandemic, which previously saw Bitcoin’s price soar from $7,000 to $70,000.

The valuation models for Bitcoin include increasing adoption rates and comparisons to gold, whose market valuation is approximately $20 trillion. If Bitcoin’s value matches that, it could indicate a tenfold increase from its current $2 trillion market cap to $20 trillion, justifying the $1 million target. However, this growth may require significant economic challenges in the U.S., as well as potential investor skepticism toward the economy.
