Analysts predict that AI infrastructure spending could exceed $1 trillion by 2029, a significant increase from $318 billion in 2025. Companies like Nvidia (NASDAQ: NVDA), SpaceX (NASDAQ: SPCX), Alphabet (NASDAQ: GOOG, GOOGL), and SK Hynix (NASDAQ: SKHY) are signaling strong commitments to funding AI initiatives. For instance, SpaceX is expected to invest $12.7 billion in AI capital expenditures in 2025, while Alphabet recently announced an $80 billion equity capital raise for its AI projects.
SpaceX’s AI division has reported capital expenditures of $7.7 billion to date, indicating a run rate of $30.8 billion. Meanwhile, SK Hynix has committed approximately $743 billion to expand its manufacturing capacity, which correlates with Nvidia’s growth. Nvidia’s quarterly revenue has increased for 14 consecutive quarters, positioning the company as a dominant player in the evolving AI landscape.
