BXP, Inc. has signed a long-term lease agreement with Boston Dynamics for approximately 320,000 square feet at Reservoir Place, located at 1601 Trapelo Road, Waltham, MA. This transaction marks one of the largest innovation-focused office leases in Greater Boston for the year.
Boston Dynamics, a leader in mobile robotics, plans to consolidate its manufacturing, research and development, and AI functions into this facility, with relocation expected to begin in mid-2027. The company selected Reservoir Place for its capacity and connectivity, supporting its long-term growth in Massachusetts.
Reservoir Place spans 530,000 square feet and is part of BXP’s Urban Edge portfolio, which totals more than 5 million square feet across Waltham, Weston, and Lexington. This lease underscores the demand for high-quality office spaces that foster innovation and collaboration.
