Carter’s (CRI) Stock on the Rise: A Bullish Perspective

Carter’s, Inc. (CRI), a leading marketer of children’s apparel in the U.S., reported robust financial results for Q2 2024. For FY26, sales growth is now expected at 2-3%, alongside improved EPS outlook for a high-single-digit to low-double-digit decline, a significant upgrade from earlier estimates.

Carter’s currently holds a market valuation of $1.2 billion with a forward PE ratio of 10. Analyst sentiment is positive, with all revisions over the past 60 days trending upwards, reflecting a consensus Q3 estimate increase from $0.77 to $0.85 and a FY2024 estimate gain to $3.28 from $3.09.
