Clean Energy Fuels Corp. (NASDAQ: CLNE) has appointed Marc de Guilhem de Lataillade and Aimeric Ramadier to its Board of Directors, effective immediately. Both executives represent TotalEnergies and will replace outgoing directors Karine Boissy-Rousseau and Mathieu Soulas.
Marc de Guilhem de Lataillade is the Vice President of Biogas within TotalEnergies’ Gas, Renewables & Power segment. Aimeric Ramadier previously managed strategy and supply for the Marketing & Services division.
