CoreWeave, Inc. (CRWV) has entered a long-term agreement with Meta Platforms, Inc. (META) to provide AI cloud capacity valued at approximately $21 billion through December 2032. This agreement enhances CoreWeave’s role in supporting Meta’s AI development efforts and is poised to include dedicated AI infrastructure across multiple locations, featuring early rollouts of the NVIDIA Vera Rubin platform.

The expansion underscores the increasing demand for high-performance computing as organizations scale their AI capabilities. CoreWeave’s collaboration with NVIDIA, which includes a significant investment of $2 billion by NVIDIA in early 2026, is expected to bolster its competitive position in the AI cloud market.

In contrast, Nebius Group N.V. (NBIS) has also signed a five-year deal with Meta for AI infrastructure worth $12 billion, with potential total contract value reaching approximately $27 billion, beginning deliveries in early 2027. Meanwhile, Microsoft Corporation (MSFT) has reported gains from its partnership with OpenAI, reflecting the expanding market for dedicated AI computing resources.
