As of July 6, 18% of the U.S. corn crop was reported to be silking, which is 3 points ahead of normal. The condition ratings improved by 1% to 74% classified as good/excellent. The Brugler500 index rose 3 points to 385, with significant improvements observed in states like Kansas and Iowa.
