Salesforce, Inc. (CRM) is implementing its ADAM framework—Agents, Data, Apps, and Metadata—as the foundation of its AI strategy. The company’s recent earnings call for the first quarter of fiscal 2026 highlighted that all four components are critical for enterprises to effectively deploy AI agents. Salesforce is also pursuing an $8 billion acquisition of Informatica to enhance its data management capabilities.
Management noted product developments linked to the ADAM framework, with Tableau Next and Slack showcasing integrations to improve data accessibility and user experience. The framework is reportedly in use with clients such as Finnair and PepsiCo, indicating its practical application in customer service automation and merging multiple Salesforce clouds.
Year-to-date, Salesforce shares have declined by 30.7%, compared to a 19.8% growth in the Zacks Computer – Software industry. Despite this, the Zacks Consensus Estimate forecasts a revenue growth of 8.6% for fiscal 2026 and 9.2% for fiscal 2027.
