Dover Corporation has expanded its CO2 refrigeration portfolio through its subsidiary, Hillphoenix, by launching the Next Generation Flex Mini. This compact transcritical CO2 system is designed for the food retail and industrial markets and aims to enhance sustainability by utilizing natural refrigerant CO2, which has a significantly lower global warming potential compared to traditional HFC systems.
Key features of the Flex Mini include improved energy efficiency via advanced low-pressure ejector technology, reduced maintenance needs through a filter-less oil separator, and flexible configuration options accommodating dual-brand compressors. The system also supports various voltage requirements and is available in weather-resistant, sound-attenuated, and cold-weather configurations, ensuring reliable performance across diverse operating conditions.
In terms of financial performance, shares of DOV have increased by 19.2% over the past year, while the industry average is a 23.7% rise. Dover holds a Zacks Rank of #3 (Hold).
