Verizon Leads Dow’s Gains While NVIDIA Struggles in Trading

In early trading on Monday, shares of Verizon Communications surged, emerging as the top performer among the Dow Jones Industrial Average components, with an increase of 1.5%. This positive movement has contributed to Verizon’s notable year-to-date gain of 14.0%.

Conversely, NVIDIA has taken a hit, making it the worst performer in the Dow today. The stock is currently down 5.0% and has significantly declined about 22.4% year to date.

Two other notable moves today involve Amazon.com, which is down 3.8%, and Coca-Cola, showing gains of 1.5%.
