On Tuesday, shares of Merck increased by 1.6%, making it the top performer among Dow Jones Industrial Average components, despite a year-to-date decline of 19.0%. In contrast, Sherwin-Williams fell 2.0% on the day and has dropped 1.6% over the same year-to-date period.
Additionally, NVIDIA’s shares were down 1.9%, while Nike saw an increase of 1.4% in early trading.
