The Touchstone Strategic Income Opportunities ETF (SIO) experienced unusually high trading volume on Wednesday, with over 121,000 shares transacted, significantly exceeding its three-month average of approximately 26,000 shares. Despite this surge in activity, SIO shares were down 0.1% for the day.
Notable components within the ETF included Bank of America, which rose by 1.8% with over 25 million shares traded, and Exxon Mobil, which fell 0.2% with a volume exceeding 4.9 million shares. In contrast, Stanley Black & Decker saw a decline of about 6.1% during the trading session.
