InterDigital, Inc. (IDCC) has announced a 7.1% increase in its quarterly cash dividend, raising it to 75 cents per share, effective in the fourth quarter of 2026. The next payment is scheduled for October 28, 2026, for shareholders of record as of October 14, 2026, resulting in an annualized dividend of $3 per share.

The company reported record annualized recurring revenues of $625.7 million for Q2 2026, a 13% increase year-over-year, bolstered by a partnership with Amazon.com, Inc. (AMZN). InterDigital upgraded its 2026 revenue guidance to $775-$845 million from a previous estimate of $675-$775 million, with adjusted EBITDA projected to range from $469 million to $529 million.

Over the past six months, IDCC shares have risen 3.7%, outperforming industry peers such as AST SpaceMobile, Inc. (ASTS) and Ericsson (ERIC), which saw declines of 33.8% and 10.1%, respectively.
