Nvidia’s Impressive Financial Performance
Nvidia reported a revenue of approximately $216 billion for fiscal 2026, marking a 65% increase from the prior year. In the fourth quarter alone, revenue surged by 73% year-over-year to $68.1 billion, largely driven by demand in its data center division, which generated $62.3 billion. The company generated significant free cash flow, totaling $34.9 billion for the quarter and $96.6 billion for the full year.
CEO Jensen Huang emphasized a fundamental shift in cloud computing, stating, “In this new world of AI, compute is revenues,” positioning the company well for sustained growth as AI technologies evolve. Nvidia anticipates total sales of around $78 billion for fiscal Q1, reflecting its optimistic outlook amid a rapidly transforming market.
