Nvidia Partners with Coupang for AI Factory
Nvidia has announced a partnership with Coupang, a South Korean e-commerce giant, to develop an artificial intelligence (AI) factory aimed at enhancing logistics efficiencies. This collaboration is expected to improve Coupang’s profit margins by optimizing delivery networks and warehouse operations, with computer chip utilization projected to increase from 65% to 95% following recent optimizations. Coupang currently has a market cap of $34 billion, with revenue levels matching that figure.
As Coupang expands its AI capabilities, it aims to not only improve customer service but also maintain competitive pricing and delivery times. Despite recent stock market fluctuations causing Coupang shares to dip below $20, long-term revenue growth remains strong, and analysts predict potential profit margins could exceed 10% due to these technological advancements.
