Nvidia’s Strong Performance and Future Outlook
Nvidia (NASDAQ: NVDA) reported total revenue of $68.1 billion for the fourth quarter of its fiscal year 2026, marking a 73% increase year-over-year. Revenue from its data center segment, a key driver of growth, reached $62.3 billion, comprising 91% of total revenue and increasing 75% year-over-year. CEO Jensen Huang remains optimistic, stating that the demand for AI chips is expected to continue rising, particularly with advancements in agentic AI.
During the same fiscal year, two major customers were responsible for 36% of Nvidia’s total revenue, raising concerns about the company’s revenue concentration risk. However, Huang believes that the inflection point of agentic AI will lead to widespread applications across various sectors, fueling sustained investment in Nvidia’s products.
