Expanding Lattice’s AI Infrastructure with the AMI Deal

Lattice Semiconductor (LSCC) announced record second-quarter revenues as it completed the acquisition of AMI, enhancing its secure management and control platform for AI infrastructure. This acquisition aims to address the increasing demand for integrated hardware and software solutions in AI server deployments.

Management anticipates that AMI will achieve an annual revenue run rate exceeding $200 million by the end of 2026, with gross margins above 75% and EBITDA margins exceeding 40%. Lattice expects this acquisition to be accretive to various financial metrics, beginning in the fourth quarter after initial integration impacts.

For Q3, Lattice projects total revenues of $245 million to $265 million, including AMI’s contributions, with non-GAAP earnings estimated between $0.54 and $0.58 per share. The integration of AMI and maintaining its silicon-neutral model are critical for realizing anticipated growth and profitability.
