SoundHound AI (SOUN) has launched its OASYS platform, a self-learning AI system designed to create and improve AI agents across various communication channels. The platform aims to reduce deployment time from months to minutes, making it appealing to industries such as healthcare, banking, and automotive. This strategic move comes as enterprises increasingly seek automated solutions for customer interactions.

In the first quarter of 2026, SoundHound reported a revenue increase of 52% year-over-year, totaling $44.2 million, with its core automotive and IoT AI business seeing an 88% growth. The company currently holds $216 million in cash with no debt. However, it faces stiff competition from major players like Microsoft and C3.ai, which are also expanding their enterprise AI capabilities.

SoundHound’s P/S ratio stands at 15.08, above the industry average of 11.88. Despite a projected loss of 9 cents per share for 2026—an improvement from the previous year’s 13 cents—SoundHound continues to strengthen its market position through strategic acquisitions and technological advancements.
