NVIDIA Corporation reported a remarkable growth in its networking business, achieving approximately $11 billion in revenues during the fourth quarter of fiscal 2026, a 3.5-fold increase year-over-year. For the entire fiscal year, revenues from the networking unit soared 142% year-over-year to around $31 billion. The demand for faster data interconnect solutions, driven by the complexity of AI workloads, is a significant factor propelling this growth.

As AI and cloud service providers expand their operations to require high-speed networking for large clusters, NVIDIA’s integrated networking products, such as NVLink and InfiniBand, are increasingly adopted. Analysts project NVIDIA’s networking revenues for fiscal 2027 to reach $48.68 billion, marking an expected growth of about 55% from the previous year.

NVIDIA’s stock has surged about 56.8% over the past year, while its forward price-to-earnings ratio stands at 21.51, lower than the industry average of 23.27. Earnings estimates for fiscal 2027 indicate a year-over-year increase of approximately 66.7%, with current estimates adjusted to $7.95 per share.
