**Serve Robotics Deploys 1,000th Autonomous Delivery Robot**
On Monday morning, Serve Robotics (NASDAQ: SERV) announced it has successfully deployed its 1,000th autonomous delivery robot, causing its stock to surge by 11.3% by 11 a.m. ET. This deployment milestone follows a rapid increase, with over 380 robots deployed just in September alone.
The company aims to have 2,000 robots operational by year-end, potentially exceeding this target given its current monthly deployment rate. Despite this growth, Serve Robotics reported a loss of $39 million last year, with an anticipated loss of $68 million by the end of 2025, raising concerns about sustainability alongside its expanding fleet. Revenue figures show a slight uptick, with $1.8 million reported last year and $1.1 million already booked in the current year, but these figures remain below market expectations.
