Nvidia (NASDAQ: NVDA) has reached a market capitalization of $3.4 trillion, making it the most valuable company in the world. This achievement comes after a remarkable 1,500% increase in its stock price over the past five years. Looking ahead, analysts foresee potential for Nvidia to achieve a $6 trillion valuation by 2030.

In the first quarter of fiscal 2026 (ending April 27), Nvidia reported a 69% year-over-year revenue increase to $44.1 billion, despite a $2.5 billion revenue loss tied to export restrictions to China. With additional projected losses of $8 billion in fiscal Q2 due to these restrictions, the company still anticipates a 50% year-over-year revenue growth for the current quarter, indicating strong resilience in its AI chip business.

Nvidia’s data center revenue surged 73% year-over-year to $39 billion, significantly outpacing competitors. McKinsey predicts that AI-capable data centers will require up to $5.2 trillion in investments by 2030, suggesting strong opportunities for Nvidia beyond the Chinese market. With projections indicating a revenue increase to $292 billion in three years, maintaining its current sales multiple could position Nvidia to surpass the $6 trillion valuation mark.
