The company reported record first-quarter revenue for fiscal 2026 of $44 billion, marking a 69% increase year-over-year. Analysts predict Nvidia’s revenue will exceed $201 billion this year, contributing to a market cap that could reach $6 trillion by 2027 if it grows to approximately $272 billion annually.
Major tech companies, including Microsoft, Alphabet, Amazon, and Meta Platforms, are expected to collectively invest over $400 billion in AI capital expenditures in 2023. Loop Capital analyst Ananda Baruah sets a price target of $250 for Nvidia within 12 to 18 months, suggesting significant benefits for the company from an expected $2 trillion in AI spending by 2028.
