During Friday’s trading session, the Junior Gold Miners ETF shone brightly, outperforming its counterparts with a soaring 3.6% increase. Among the components of this ETF that stood out were shares of Coeur Mining, which surged by a remarkable 9.3%, and shares of Oceanagold, climbing by a substantial 6.4% on the day.
The Downfall of iShares Global Clean Energy ETF
Conversely, the iShares Global Clean Energy ETF did not fare as well, experiencing a slight decline of about 0.9% in Friday afternoon trading. Notable laggards within this ETF included shares of Sunpower, tumbling by approximately 5.6%, and shares of Enphase Energy, slipping by around 5.5% on the day.
