Generative AI Solutions Corp. Proposes Significant Changes to Warrant Terms

VANCOUVER, BC, Jan. 13, 2025 /PRNewswire/ – Generative AI Solutions Corp. (“GenAI” or the “Company”) AICO AICOF announces plans to amend the terms of 9,595,531 common share purchase warrants (the “Warrants“) from a private placement financing completed on June 6, 2023. Currently, these Warrants were issued at an exercise price of C$1.65 and are set to expire on June 6, 2025. The Company is proposing to implement the following amendments (the “Proposed Amendments“): (a) reducing the exercise price to C$0.17 and (b) extending the expiry date to June 6, 2028.

The Proposed Amendments require approval from the Canadian Securities Exchange (the “CSE“). If approved, these amendments will automatically take effect on the new expiry date. Until that time, the Warrants will remain in effect, adhering to their original terms. Importantly, none of the Warrants are owned by related parties of GenAI, nor are they listed on the CSE. The Proposed Amendments will not affect Warrants issued to finders or agents as compensation.
