Gorilla Technology Group Inc. (GRRR) has achieved a significant milestone in its growth strategy by acquiring Shackleton Finance, following approval from the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). The acquisition is set to close soon, enabling Gorilla to manage institutional assets under the new name Gorilla Tech Capital.

This new platform aims to target $2-$3 billion in assets under management by 2027 and facilitates co-investments with external capital. With an existing project pipeline exceeding $7 billion, Gorilla is well-positioned to leverage long-term institutional funding to expedite its AI infrastructure projects across Asia, the Middle East, and Europe.

Gorilla shares have gained 1% year-to-date, currently trading at a forward price-to-sales ratio of 1.36X, below the industry average of 2.34X. Despite a Zacks Rank #4 (Sell), the company anticipates significant growth, with earnings expected to increase by 60.9% next year.
