GXO Logistics, Inc. announced the launch of GXO IQ, the first AI-powered platform specifically designed for the logistics industry, on June 26, 2025. This cloud-based operating system aims to enhance productivity by orchestrating millions of actions across logistics processes, including warehouse, transportation, and personnel management.
GXO IQ, developed with technology from Google Cloud and Snowflake, utilizes over 20 years of operational data and proprietary AI algorithms to manage logistics operations in real time. The platform comprises four layers: a Data Fabric Layer for collecting data; an AI Orchestration Layer for predictive analytics; an End-to-End Execution Layer for logistics capabilities; and an Experience Layer with a user-friendly interface.
Commercial availability of GXO IQ is expected in the second half of 2025, positioning GXO Logistics as a key player in the future of supply chain management.
