Highlights from Thursday’s Significant Options Trading: GS, EXE, RDDT

Among the notable options trading activity, Goldman Sachs Group Inc (GS) reported a total of 18,157 contracts traded, equating to approximately 1.8 million underlying shares, which is 102.2% of its average daily trading volume of 1.8 million shares. Notably, the $1100 strike call option expiring September 18, 2026, accounted for 2,391 contracts traded, representing about 239,100 shares.

In addition, Expand Energy Corp (EXE) saw 23,974 contracts change hands today, reflecting approximately 2.4 million underlying shares, or 100.8% of its average daily volume. The $86 strike put option expiring October 23, 2026, was particularly active, with 6,618 contracts traded.

Reddit Inc (RDDT) experienced the highest volume, with 48,769 contracts traded, covering around 4.9 million underlying shares, which is 68.3% of its average daily volume of 7.1 million shares. The $170 strike call option expiring September 18, 2026, was notably active as well, with 3,651 contracts traded.
