HPE Experiences Surge in Hybrid Cloud Revenue: Key Factors Behind the Growth

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) reported a 14.2% year-over-year growth in its hybrid cloud segment in Q3 of fiscal 2025, driven by increased adoption of the Alletra MP and GreenLake cloud platforms. In 2025, HPE shipped over 5,000 Alletra MP arrays and added 2,000 new users to its GreenLake cloud, bringing total customers to 44,000. The Zacks Consensus Estimate projects HPE’s fiscal 2025 revenues at $34.54 billion, a growth of 14.6%.

HPE has launched the Hybrid Cloud Ops Suite to enhance its offerings and is focusing on integrating AI along with networking capabilities post its acquisition of Juniper Networks. The customer base for its private cloud AI solutions grew two-fold sequentially in the same quarter, contributing to its robust performance.

Year-to-date, HPE shares have increased by 10.1%, while the Computer – Integrated Systems industry has grown by 27.6%. The company’s forward price-to-sales ratio is 0.79, significantly lower than the industry average of 3.52.
