HubSpot, Inc. (HUBS) reported significant growth in its customer relationship management platform, with subscription revenues reaching $829 million in Q4, up 21% from $687.3 million year-over-year. This exceeded the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $811.55 million. The company added over 9,800 net new customers, bringing the total customer count to 288,706, a 16% increase compared to last year.
Deals above $5,000 monthly recurring revenue (MRR) grew by 33%, while deals surpassing $10,000 MRR saw a 41% increase. Additionally, HubSpot’s average subscription revenue per customer rose by 3% to $11,700, aided by a new seat pricing model that reduces entry barriers for customers. The company has also reported a fivefold increase in customers with over 500 seats, indicating strong enterprise adoption.
In comparison, Salesforce, Inc. (CRM) generated $10.7 billion in subscription and support revenues in its CRM segment for the same quarter, while Microsoft Corporation (MSFT) reported a 19% year-over-year revenue increase for its Dynamics 365 product, highlighting competitive demand in the CRM market.
