IBM acquired Neudesic in February 2022, expanding its hybrid cloud services portfolio. Neudesic’s expertise provides clients with scalable security strategies, reducing risk and improving resiliency, which is expected to boost IBM’s revenues. Neudesic joins other firms like Rubrik and CDW, which also hold Microsoft Cloud Security Specialization, indicating a competitive landscape in cloud security services.
