The Walt Disney Company announced on Wednesday that Hulu will be fully integrated into Disney+ by the end of this year, retaining its own category within the Disney+ menu. This decision also includes the termination of internal metrics reporting, meaning the company will no longer disclose subscriber counts or average revenue per user for its streaming services starting in fiscal Q1 2026.
In its fiscal Q3 2025 results, Disney reported revenues of $23.7 billion with an adjusted profit of $1.61 per share, surpassing expectations. However, its cable television revenue dropped by 15%, impacting overall performance. Despite this, Disney’s streaming segment generated nearly $6.2 billion, showing a year-over-year revenue growth of 6% and an operating profit of $346 million.
