Intel Corporation is enhancing its presence in the AI sector by collaborating with HP to create next-generation AI PCs, including the EliteBook X, Ultra, and 8, powered by Intel Core Ultra series processors. This partnership involved testing 12 configurations across eight AI PC models to optimize CPU, GPU, and NPU performance for various AI applications.
Key advancements highlighted include Microsoft’s Power BI running 45% faster, Tableau 48% faster, and Adobe Lightroom 32% faster on Intel hardware. Additionally, applications like Writeup and Canvid, previously exclusive to Apple, are now available on Windows PCs with Intel’s AI chips, showcasing the potential for increased organizational efficiency.
Meanwhile, the global AI market is expected to grow from $757.6 billion in 2025 to $3.68 trillion in 2034, with a 19.2% CAGR. Intel faces competition from Qualcomm’s Snapdragon X chips and AMD’s Ryzen AI 300 Series as it aims to capitalize on this expanding market trend.
