JD Logistics, a division of JD.com, reported revenues of RMB 51.6 billion for Q2 2025, marking a 16.6% year-over-year increase. The company is expanding its global footprint, recently launching JoyExpress, its first self-operated express delivery service in Saudi Arabia. JD Logistics aims to double its overseas warehouse capacity by the end of 2025, currently managing over 130 warehouses across 23 countries, totaling more than 1.3 million square meters.

Despite rising competition from Alibaba and Amazon, JD Logistics is investing in automation and AI technologies to enhance efficiency and expand last-mile delivery capabilities. Global supply chain growth is projected to increase at an 11.2% compound annual growth rate through 2030, which positions JD to capitalize on this trend with its tech-driven model.

As of now, JD.com’s shares have seen a 2.9% decline year-to-date, while the Zacks Consensus Estimate forecasts full-year 2025 revenues of $183.33 billion, representing a 14.04% increase compared to the previous year.
