JetBlue Airways (JBLU) has announced the launch of its new domestic first-class service, BlueFirst, aimed at enhancing customer experience. The rollout is part of JetBlue’s JetForward strategy, set to begin this month at select locations across the United States.

BlueFirst will feature advanced seating technology, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, and priority boardings, such as Group 1 boarding. Customers will also have access to amenities like two free checked bags, priority check-in, and additional food and beverage options, especially on overnight flights.

The service rollout aligns with JetBlue’s objective to attract premium travelers, building on its recent opening of the second BlueHouse airport lounge at Boston Logan International Airport. JetBlue aims to deliver more customer-centric experiences, reinforcing its strategy to compete in the premium air travel market.
