In early trading on Thursday, shares of Warner Bros Discovery surged by 12.3%, making it the top performer in the Nasdaq 100 index. Despite this uptick, the company’s year-to-date decline stands at approximately 17.3%.
Conversely, MercadoLibre was the worst performer of the day, falling 14.3%, although it has achieved a year-to-date gain of 15.5%. Other notable movements included Charter Communications, down 1.9%, and Gilead Sciences, up 5.7%.
